VISION MEASURING SYSTEM (Video Measuring Machine)
The vision measuring system is a high-precision non-contact optical inspection equipment. It adopts high-resolution industrial CCD camera and optical lens to capture workpiece images. Dedicated software automatically calculates geometric dimensions such as length, hole diameter, angle, contour and position tolerance.
It is widely used for quality inspection of ductile iron castings, moulds and hardware components. It can replace manual measuring tools to judge whether workpieces meet drawing specifications.
Advantages:
Non-contact measurement prevents scratches on casting surfaces; micron-level measuring accuracy; measurement data can be exported to Excel or DXF files. Available in manual and automatic CNC models for sampling inspection and mass production quality control.
